  • No. Specifies the value of the No. field.
  • Subject: Subject section is to define document subject matter.
  • From: This section indicates which source is the document sending from.
  • Sending Target: This section indicates which source the document is being sent to.
  • PDF Attachment Name: This section indicates the name of any PDF attached to the document.
  • Status: This section indicates the current status of the prepared document.
  • Error Message: This section displays the error message if an error has occurred during the process.

Details​

  • Created by user: This section indicates who created the document.
  • Creation Time: This section indicates when the document was created.
  • Modified by user: This section indicates who did the last modification.
  • Modified Time: This section indicates when the last modification was placed.
  • Export Path Specifies the value of the Export Path field.
